5. Pectoral muscles

6. Abdominal muscles
Abdominal muscles include muscle groups that work together to perform various movements. Included in this group are direct abdominal muscles, external oblique muscles, internal oblique abdominal muscles and transverse muscles. These muscles help maintain the abdominal organs and the intestines. They also provide a balance of the whole body. Functions include lifting your body from a prone position and twisting movements.
